Last fall my wife and I decided we needed to bite the bullet and try something different.  After trying our own home workout regime for years including cardio equipment, videos, etc. we began working out 3 days a week at Miles Supreme Fitness and following the diet plan.  Four months later we have lost over 60 lbs combined.
